Sanding & Finishing

Hi everyone,

Let say i've got a small shaped fish that i cut out with a coping saw,(not brilliantly but it was my first attempt)

What would be the best method to finished the edges off, a rasp, surform, sandpaper, electric sander etc

Also how to give it a rounded finish on the edge?
