I took advantage of their continual xmas sale plus 10% and free delivery and bought 2 sets of router cutters, picked them up from the local post office ttoday, was a little annoyed only to find 1 of the 2 sets, and a note saying the others were out of stock and would be dispatched in another week or so. Surely an email or an update to their website wouldnt be asking to much? The good news is that the cutters look really good, so very pleased for the price.

the WH quangsheng planes are said to be higher quality than the rutlands, having seen discussions on a few threads. i have no firsthand knowledge though.

If you want a Quansheng plane (and they are good!) buy it from Workshop Heaven. You'll got proper customer service - have a look at Matthew's posts to see what I mean. He's got a very good record of sorting out people's problems and preferences and has freely helped a lot of readers on here.
He understands the tools he sells and makes sure everything is as it should be - that's not the same as just unpacking and repacking parcels in a warehouse!

+1 for Matthew at WH. I wanted a skew chisel for christmas and he's sorted out rolling over the edges with the manufacturer. No hassle, great service, couldn't ask for more.

Certainly wouldn't recommend Rutlands. Sale prices mean same price as others usual price and customer service isn't great.

I ordered a set of holesaw cutters in the sale from Rutlands that was a month ago still haven't received them.
I agree they should tell you at the time of purchase if thins aren't in stock. By the way I was charged over £5 for delivery
There was no mention of free delivery charge
