Rutlands Emails

Hi
I bought a cheap sprayer from Rutlands and it went wrong (just the gun ) sent the lot back as not fit for purpose.
EMAILS I had two from them that were placed into my Thunderbird inbox but not into my normal and most used Google mail account.
This has never happened before on any other emails, they come and go into both accounts.
Any idea why this happened, ----- just very curious.
Rutlands by the way sorted the problem quite well by the way.

Perhaps Google treated them a spam. Have you checked your spam folder?

Yep!
I have been back over everything,on both email sites. And as far back as records go, there is nothing to indicate why this happened.
I complained to Rutland that I had not heard from them, ( more like b---------d them.
I now will write and apologize to the writer of the misplaced emails
