Has anyone installed this combo in their table? I bought the Incra plate pre-drilled for the DW625 and, having just installed the Router Raizer, I've noticed that the location I need to drill through the mounting plate to provide above table height adjustment will foul the template starting pin.

What did you do if you hit the same issue?

Thanks.

I bought it from Peter and have sent some feedback for Incra but wanted to know how people fixed it. Thanks.

The Incra Dewalt plate has two lead screw hole one to the left and one to the right of the cutter, the right hand one does indeed clash with the position of the Router Raizer if fitted.

To over come this we undo the plate locking screw located in the back left hand corner and spin the plate by 180 degrees and drop it back into to the table. Now the spare locating pin is to the right hand side of the cutter and we work from this.

The other alternative is to buy the un drilled plate and then drill and fix your router to suit, we supply these to people who have routers not covered in this chart.

I hope this helps cheers Peter

Thanks for this and the email Peter. Can't believe I didn't think about flipping it 180 deg. Can't see the wood for the trees and all that...

I had a similar issue when trying to fit my Trend T11 to the Incra plate (also from Peter Sefton) pre-drilled for the DW625 (same fixing positions as the T11). Unfortunately, spinning the plate 180 deg. would have put the above table adjuster behind the fence - which may or may not be acceptable to you.

I opted to swap it for the undrilled plate - the alternative Peter mentioned.

Thanks for the feedback but the fence wouldn't be in use if you were template routing would it?

I should have mentioned when the free hand work is finished swap the plate back to it's original position if required.

Cheers Peter
