Try searching for two flute straight milling cutters. At the same time spiral milling cutters will do the same, sometimes better, cutting and have the advantage of better chip clearance...bosshogg

Are these bits long enough? I can't say anything about the quality but they might get you 'out of a hole', so to speak.
Mind you I wouldn't want to try routing out a profile in one cut; not at that depth. 8)

You should never slap people with cod as it's overfished as it is, may I recommend a dolphin friendly tuna or perhaps a conger eel?

I'd also vote for taking out nearly all the waste with a coping saw or drill first, no point doing the job the slow way with the router

It would take far too long with a coping saw! I have started with a drill already and have to go against your belief and say that the router would be faster!! :lol:
