ROS - Circular or rectangular?

Just wondering what people preferences are with regards to random orbital sanders.

Circular ones or rectangular 1/3 or 1/4 sheet and why?

I have a De Walt 125mm circular type. It's easy to use and does a good job but it can't get into corners like a rectangular one can.

I may be wrong, but I thought all random orbit sanders had to be round as the spinning of the disc is what makes it random. The square ones are just orbital sanders. They're only random if you pick em up with your eyes closed.
