The roof is interlocking concrete tiles, pantile profile. The roofing felt has deteriorated between two rafters with an area about 16in x 4ft. Water gets in very occasionally when the wind is just right. Felt runs horizontally across the roof. I would need to lift a lot of tiles to get into replace the roof felt with overlaps on the felt and the tile interlock.
Given its been there 50 years would probably do more damage to the roof felt.
Any thoughts on a solution? I was thinking along the lines of spraying expanded foam on the inside.
