Just wondering if anyone knows where to get a rob Cosman angle trainer from here in the uk, I've tried classic hand tools but they are out of stock

You can buy one direct from Rob's mail order web site but beware of import duty and Royal Mail's handling charges

What so no one can advise him on whether something is any good? Surely that defeats the object of a forum??

If you feel strongly enough about it start a different thread and try and be a bit more helpful rather than just stating something is bow locks.

Have you considered getting something like an Eclipse Honing Guide. It will do exactly what an angle trainer can do (and more) but at any angle you desire. Costs a fraction of the price too. They're about £5 or less secondhand if my memory is correct. Failing that, why not just cut a piece of wood to give the desired angle. For a few extra pence you could add a couple of magnets if you wanted.

If you can't buy one then it should be easy enough to make one using a small off-cut . Thought my last post would be seen as helpful .ohwell
