This is my brief first impression, I am not an expert: 98 x 1/2 6-10

General hand held taper cutting in pine: The blade was kept on the line with ease, the cut was a bit rough but I put that down to the workholding method.

Curve cutting was not great but then I was daftly trying to cut too tight a radius due to idleness.

After that I resawed a piece of Sapele [300 x 135] which I was very pleased with. The work was merely slid along the fence with no line to follow, and the blade held firm with no wander. I regard the finish to be good off the blade.

However, from first use there has been a constant knock from the weld. This doesn't seem to have had an adverse effect, but it is annoying and could affect sensible curve work.

Maybe the range has been extended by now but the choice was quite poor, I thought. The skip teeth kept clogging, and the blade has long gone to scrapyard. Possibly a little sharpen than a Tuffsaws M42 from new, but that might not have been a good thing? I don't know. It lasted a bit longer than a carbon steel blade, but that was it.
