So my lathe has started playing up and after reading around a bit i think it is the start/run capacitor
it is slow to start up, it speed up faster if i spin it a bit, and it slows under load.
the label on the capacitor says 10uF.400/500v.ac and i am having a bit of trouble finding that exact one, can anyone help?

The Capacity 10-12-15/16 Mfd. is not critical, tolerances are wide anyway with these.
The important criteria, is the working voltage (higher is better) and that it must be Run Rated. (not Start rated)

I've used this source amongst others in the past.
