I have three hinges like this on my cabin door. Second type on the video.

The door is about a metre wide and quite heavy so I've now run out of adjustment and the door is still rubbing on the threshold. It's still under warranty so I can get the supplier in to fix it (not sure how!) but I'm wondering if there's anything more secure than these hinges that I can replace them with?

Having just watched the video link, the only suggestion I have is to use some decent stainless or even brass washers on the hinge pin, thereby lifting up the door.
Don't forget to check the latch and locks are both working ok and not catching on the lock box, and any gaskets are not "fouled" within the rebates.
HTH Regards Rodders

That may solve the immediate problem, thanks.

I'd rather just replace them with something more secure though.

If it's security you are after these hinges ought to be inside, meaning, unfortunately that the door will have to open inwards.
Could You could fit the top hing pin downwards, obviously making door removal a tad more difficult.
Or change for more traditional male and female hinges (don't know what they are called, sorry)! rising butts that don't rise? Regards Rodders
