Rental unit workshop

Out growing single garage workshop so I've been looking around the web for various places and the alligator storage units come up. Just the same as Big Yellow storage places. Alligator is the closest too me.

Says light commercial work, do you think they'd except a small workshop set up? I've emailed them, just waiting on reply. Anyone else done similar or heard of?

The sister company to the people I work for are a shipping container based self-storage setup. At least a couple of businesses are solely run from containers in the yard. No powered workshops mind

Might be worth investigating similar in your area, maybe an arrangement could be made with the owners for power etc
That's assuming you don't mind working out of a series of 20'x8' steel boxes of course

I too would be interested in knowing any more about this. Been struggling to find a workshop or garage with power.
