Morning all
Well today I'm planning on making a donkey ear jig.
I've machined all oak timber required for the project and I decided to cut the first 90 deg guide rail only to find out all 4 90 deg cutters have a 2mm flat on them witch is no good as the plane will not ride in the grove.
For now I've cut a second pass with a 60 deg cutter and plan to use a scraper to square up the cut to 90 deg but in reality this is not a perfect solution.
where can I source a 90 deg v bit cutter with out a flat bottom ??
Thank you for your time and replies in advance
