Record TS250C Tablesaw

I am looking for a small-sized table saw with a cast iron top, and all the saws I have looked at, Sip, iTech, Axminster are 3HP, but none in stock for at least 6 weeks, and some a lot longer, the only one I could find in stock is the Record TS250 which seems to be about the size I want and have room for, I noticed that it has a 2HP motor, I am not too bothered about a sliding table but this comes with one, has anyone on here got one, is 2HP underpowered
