Definitely not a wood-working related post, but does anyone have a recommendation for a can opener? Preferably electric and easy-to-use, but a good mechanical one would be ok as well. For relatives with ageing hands etc. Had several in the past and they just don't last or are difficult to use. Thought about a commercial one used in kitchens anybody have any experience with them? Such a simple to open a can, except when you can't.

Our OXO Good Grips one has lasted longer than any other we have purchased. It's just a manual one, but has soft handles and is quite chunky so may help with older hands

Sorry, after using it to open a real big can, I just couldn't resist ... :)

Used to have one of these in a commercial kitchen. Very heavy to lift up, need to be pushed down quite hard into the can, and can bind in the bench mount if not we'll maintained.
I'd probably go for the Kenwood one too.
