Hi Rog,

Avoid Freud.

They can't even spell correctly. It should be 'Fraud'.

Hi Steve,
what problems have you had with Freud bits? I have about 20 odd, and they are pretty good value for money, they hold their edge well and the tolerences are pretty much spot on.

Only interested cause I'm about to buy a load more!

Blimey!

I had a dangerous experience with a Freud T&G set, detailed here:
https://www.ukworkshop.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1226
After reading that, you'll see why I have no confidence in Freud at all!
I obviously bought a 'Friday afternoon' set (or should I say Freuday afternoon set  ) because many other forumites have good experiences, but I couldn't bring myself to fit another of their cutters in my table. Frankly, I'd be scared to switch it on.

Tilgear have a set for £39.50+vat in their Spring Sail (their spelling not mine!) leaflet.
Can't get cheaper than that! I have a set and they are quite acceptable, as long as you only need a few door knocked out not a thousands!
regards,
Philly :D
