Hi All i have a dewalt dw1751 ras and managed to source a dado flange off a kind gent that makes them, I ordered a freud 6inch dado (5/8inch) but this seems to be to tight to fit on the arbour although everywhere tells me theres only a few thou from 16mm to 5/8 inch would i be able to get this altered anywhere to make the holes in the blades, chippers slightly bigger. Ironically though they fit in my makita table saw with a 16mm arbour, (flanges from canada)

I had a similar problem with a Freud dado set I got off Ebay. Very tight fit. I bought a 16mm 'blacksmith' drill also off Ebay (cheap and with a narrow shank). I used it in my mains drill with cutting oil and it seemed to work. Mind you the dado set is still a bit of a tight fit.
