Have had it for a little while now and the "shop" has never been so clean :)

Today while cleaning out corners which hadn't seen daylight since LN copied Stanley, I noticed I was losing suction.

Took the hose apart one piece at a time and then removed and cleaned the inside filter with little efect.

Was starting to think unkind thoughts about Lidl/Parkside/China/cheap goods in general when I noticed that the outlet is filtered also. I carefully inserted a small screw driver and moved the filter about a bit and then switched the machine on.

I cloud of fine dust was ejected, so I carefully inserted said screw driver again while the machine was running and moved the filter to the side and lo a real blast of air and of course the accompanied increased suction at the business end.

I cannot find a way to remove this filter to give it a good clean and I can find no mention of it in the manual.

Anyone removed/replaced/cleaned it.?

Any info most welcome.

This response relates to the Parkside PNTS 1500 B wet & dry cleaner.

Here’s a Dropbox link to the User Manual PDF that I downloaded some time ago.

I appreciate this might not be the same model as yours, but pages 11 and 30 relate to cleaning the small outlet filter.

Referring to page 30, illustration H, slide the black catch UP on item 27 (yellow perforated filter guard) to release the guard and filter.

Hope this helps,

Thanks, mine is the pnts 1300 cs, which is quite a bit different to yours, I have sent an email to grizzly

It needs cleaning, I am sure there must be a way, don't want to break it, it is quite flimsy.
