quasi-butt hinges

I have some built-in cupboards (50's vintage at a guess) and the doors are fixed using, what I can only describe as small butt hinges without the rising bit. They are fairly small..the pin part is about 12mm high and has a corresponding 'hole' part also 12mm high.

They are dowelled into the door and into the carcass.

I would like to replace them with a stainless steel or brushed aluminium type finish. I've searched the usual suspects such as ScrewFix and Isaac Lord but have drawn a blank.

Does anyone have any ideas of a source?

I think I know the ones, woodfit & isaac lord show them in their catalogues but not on their websites, Isaac's list them in nickle code 109N, may be worth a call.
