Maybe this will give you an indication as to the skill level and competence of the customer services team at Popular Woodworking. Is this a reflection of the whole company?

email received today after chasing them for non delivery of two issues:

Please provide us with the cover dates not the issue numbers so we can
replace the missed issues for you.

I had already given them the issue numbers. I had to go to their website to ensure that I had the right month named.

What a bunch of muppets!

Ive found with customer services there first rule is to mess you around and never let you talk to their line manager and he wont let you talk to his manager.... best thing to ask is for an address so you can put it in writing and it seems it goes straight to the top :?
