Maybe this will give you an indication as to the skill level and competence of the customer services team at Popular Woodworking. Is this a reflection of the whole company?
email received today after chasing them for non delivery of two issues:
I had already given them the issue numbers. I had to go to their website to ensure that I had the right month named.
