Hi guys,

Fitting some push to open catches. Used the reverse sprung concealed hinges with the push to open catch. The hinges are strange they feel like the doors at hinge bound! The problem is the magnet isn't strong enough to hold the door closed!

Anyone have or used push to open, am I using the correct hinges?

many thanks

erm the ones that champion timber sell, don't know the make. seem good quality hinges. The power of the spring is really strong! What have other people used in terms of hinges, seems I could use 'unsprung' if available.

Yep, unsprung hinges for push to open catches. Blum tip-on catches are good:-

Drill them into the carcass or mount them in a holder.
