Hi, I bought this tool last week and the teardrop cutter didn't have a grind on it, I phoned Crown and they said they would send me one, although it hasn't arrived yet. When I put the un-ground cutter on, the shaft of the tool protruded further than the straight edge of the cutter. I don't know if this is due to a naff cutter or just a naff Crown Cryo. If anyone has this tool could you say how far the cutter's edge hangs over the end of the shaft? I think I should have spent more money and bought the Sorby 2000KT
