Just testing the water here really. I currently rent a smallish room in Easton in a small industrial complex but a large unit underneath is due to become vacant and we have been offered first refusal. If we took it on (I'm sharing with two others currently) it would be a lot more money than we're currently paying and so would need to subsidise it by renting out some bench space to maybe 2 or 3 others. Is there any interest? I've yet to properly cost it up but it would be in the ballpark of around £300 pm inc bills and inc use of machinery (table saw band saw p/t etc)
