Porter and cable 513 mortiser

Hi ,have just brought a porter and cable mortiser on eBay ,it has no height rods that you hook over the top of the door
Can't find anywhere to get them any ideas

PC products used to be branded as Flex in Europe but I've not seen much recently.
You might well have to look over the pond for spares.

Hamilton power products used to be the UK importer when PC were sold over here. Not sure if there is another importer now as there seems to be a fair few of the products creeping in over here now.

I think dyna tools over here sell recon PC tools so may be able to help further. I would keep an eye on ebay too.

I saw one guy on ebay selling these complete last year, think he started off at over 500 quid. Got relisted a few times before he put it in an auction listing, for it to sell for about £100 :shock:


These have the complete thing, might be worth seeing if they can get spares?

Chinese company Chervon own Flex (never 'eard of 'em))
Stanley - Black&Decker own Porter-cable now

Have rang black and decker ,they told me there are no stockists,or outlets in the uk for porter cable looks
LIke iam stuck with a machine I can't get spares for ,need the cutters for it

I would try some of the ebay sellers in the USA or PC direct. Also this uk seller is importing a lot of PC stuff lately, might be worth seeing if they can get parts/ cutters?
