Reality check required, please! I'm about to make a simple radiator cover from MDF and thought that pocket-hole joints would suffice. I'm aware that Kreg is the "industry standard" so I went looking and found that, for example, Brimarc advertise a Kreg Mini with bit, collar and key (no square driver) for £15.22.

Axminster sell what appears to be the same thing for £28.27 - where did the extra £13.05 come from?

Finally, Miles Tools is selling a two-hole metal jig with three sizes of guides for £4.99. May not be comparing like for like, but I've never seen one of these before it came up on Google.

I only expect to use this type of joint very occasionally and I also believe that you get what you pay for, but what's going on here with this pricing?

Ray.
