Trying to get some of these 3 1/4" (85mm) hinges, any suggestions for suppliers?

These are known as sash pivot hinges, concealed pivot hinges, casement pivot hinges etc.

Plenty of these about in iron or brass but at 2" a bit small:

There are also non concealed varieties ("council house hinges" etc) which I might have to use in the end but would rather not.

Hi Jacob
Try Isaac Lord or Comyn Ching. they're pretty 'old school' - nicer than the plant on type though

I thought Comyn Ching were dead and gone so I haven't even googled for them, but I see the name has been revived. These hinges are in their old red book of which I have a copy from 1990 ish so the were around not that long ago.
Thanks for that Shrubby I'll drop them both an email.
In the meantime Kirkpatrick have been in touch and may have old stock.
