Phase of the moon

I have had a 6 inch diameter magnifying glass lying around for a dozen years or so with nowt in my brain cell as to what to do with it. A few weaks back I had an idea and thought what the hell.

This was the result





Then I was wondering just what I cold do for my d-in-law when they came to see us a few daze back and as I had a couple of 6 inch beveled edge mirrors I tried the same idea with one of those. I think that it turned out OK and she was quite chuffed with it





Well, it was a shame to waste an old English oak TV cabinet that I had been given init already? I

look quite reasonable when most of me is hidden and out of focus 8) 8)
