This is the tennoning guard/dust hood/depthstop I made for the spindle moulder on my combination machine. The tennoning sled came with the machine but I felt uncomfortable using it without a proper guard.
The dust hood is open towards the sheet iron dust hood in the back. The front guard ios adjustable heightwise so that I can set it as low as possible to lessen the risk thet some fingers could end up under it. On the right side there is an adjustable depth stop which can be used to produce tennons of equal lengt. The entire setup is bulted to the table with two M12 bolts in the treades holes for the fence.

All is birch wood and standard bolts and nuts except the depth stop which I made from a 8x50 mm flat iron bar. I drilled two holes and cut out the slot with an angle grinder and finished with a file. Then I welded on the small front piece.
