Just starting to clean off the wood at the bottom of the shed damaged by splash back - started sanding it back to apply varnish later but so far I can’t get get rid of the discolouration (or at least very very slowly).
Any hints or tips to speed up the process? Or is it down to very dusty, too much effort really … sanding?

Would appreciate anything advice that might speed up the process (excluding suggestions to buy a new door) - shed is only two years old.

Thanks

Dave S

Can you post a picture ? (You might need to add a couple more posts before you can add a photo)
If you do that, I'm sure you will get many answers.

How about a stain rather than a varnish do covering any discolouration.

Even mould stains can go quite deep.
