One for All wireless extender (for phone line)

I have a set of these and they've stopped working. Does anyone have a set or more specifically the instruction leaflet..which I've mislaid?

Is this the One for All SV1500 Roger?

I tried googling but got nowhere. It's exactly what I was looking for and a quick read looks as if the unit may have sorted itself out.
