As many people work in a garage, I#m sure it'd be easy to cut a hole through (you can hire the kit easily) and mount their extractors on the outside (with a small weatherproofing box over it)*
*Note this would be highly dangerous if your central heating boiler was situated in the garage as it draws the fumes back into the garage.
