Old Elu Power Tools

I have recently acquired the 2 Elu power tools in the attached pics.I have found information on the sander but not the circular saw. There is no model no on the saw.
Is there any need for this type of sander and is there any value to it. If anybody can enlighten me regarding both items, it would really be appreciated.

Hello, I have several Elu tools, and they are all more than 20 years old. Excellent tools, in my opinion.
Try Google with model numbers. Best wishes.

They look pretty vintage ...! Never seen a sander like that. The saw looks to be a precursor of the MH25 plunge (floorboard) saw ...?

I’ve experience of that model of 1/2 sheet sander.
It creates a lot of vibration and would be off the scale with today’s HAV scores and definitely white finger’s best friend.
I’d avoid for that reason alone as a numb finger isn’t nice.

I’ve had a second look, it’s not a 1/2 sander
