Old Black and Decker Router

Hi folks, new here. I have inherited an old B&D router (HD1250) and have never used a router before. It appears to be ⅜ size bits that it takes. Is there anywhere to buy these anymore or is there an adaptor to change it to a more available size and would you recommend ¼ or ½? Many thanks.
