That's really fascinating! Next time somebody tells me "seeing is believing", I'll point them at this illusion.

Instead of watching your computer screen straight on, try watching this display from a very acute (glancing) angle - at a certain critical angle the illusion ceases - somewhere around 10 degrees for me - I wonder if it's the same for everybody?

The brain/visual system is FAR more interesting than that.

I found , if yo look into the black part around the outside of the rotating box and rotate your eyes in a anti clockwise direction

The yellow spots remain :lol:
