wicks have got some Geneva veneer oak doors with £25 pounds off has anybody brought any of these doors are they any good
 
Yes I have several. But they do not have much fitting allowance before you hit the core. Check the specification for the allowance. You certainly cannot cut of 20 mm to allow for carpets. Also make sure you have three shredded wheat the day you hang them as they are by far the heaviest doors I have ever lifted
 
I've fitted both internal and external doors, not really impressed with the veneer quality on the centre ribs. the external doors i wouldn't have on my house for same reasons, I've seen a few around that have not kept out the moisture. Howdens have more meat on them, though the veneer on ribs is similar to Wickes.
