I've been putting off turning some milking stools that I've had orders for a while now, another order tonight pushed me into actually turning some legs for these stools. So just over an hour later I have these...

I would have carried on but ran out of beech, I'll have to get more in before the snow comes in, and hope for a day off work to catch up.

Cheers

excellent practice for the milking stool leg challenge - which ever month that is?

it's always satisfying to produce multiple items like this (once finished!); these look nicely matched all round.

Thanks Guys.

There's a lot of skew work on these Eugene, I rough out with the roughing gouge and then finish all surfaces apart from the concave cut with a skew, I'll do a video the next time I turn a batch.

Cheers
