Nicker for a moving fillister plane

I have just won a fillister plane on the bay but when it arrived the nicker was missing.

I am having words with the seller but anticipating the worst outcome.

Does anyone on here have a spare at all. I would gladly exchange some beer tokens for it.

I don't have a nicker but I might be able to make one for you. Please can you post some photos of the plane?

I made one for my sash filister from some O1 steel, I think you will need the plane to make one.

I'm sort of mentally ready to make my own but life at present is very hectic and family and work are keeping me travelling a lot.....but if I have to.

I'll try to measure up the slot for the blade..

Some quick research has shown over 11 designs for nicker profiles...wow. I expected to find maybe 3 or 4. Amazed at a few which have very subtle curves towards the point.
