Hi everyone, Ray J here, new to the forum.

I have an old small band saw off eBay that has done me some very good work. But I keep breaking blades. So now it is at the back of my workshop.
It was o/k on straight cuts even very gently on 1M x 60mm of Beech, but when I tried to curve a cut, bang Even on thin 5mm.
From what I've read I should be able to do bend cuts, but my one won't :?
Any advise anyone Before it goes out to the Gypsies :roll:

What make and model is the bandsaw ?

Sounds as if you don't have the correct support for the blades.

Can you provide a close up image of the blade guides ?
