Two months spend and a little bit more to get my new toy :D

Just arrived today and what a surprise, every bit and more to what I thought it would be like, made from cast iron feels very sturdy.

Anyone else have one of these from Kobe?

I am in no way affiliated with the seller in any way, other sellers are available in other market places.

Not from Kobe but this design has stood the test of time as my one is still going strong after, what, 10? 15 years !

I only got the Kobe because it seemed to be a lot more robust than the others I looked into. I'm really pleased with how it feels :D

In a similar vein, here's my new toy. It's proving to be very useful for my clock making activites. The only trouble with the Axminster offerings is that they don't stock any finer belts than 150 grit. I've had to go to Chinkyland to get some 240 and 400's

Lucky for me the Kobe seems to be standard size for the belts and look to be very cheap :D
