I happened across this today - much surfing done today, not much work done!

http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=530

It's only a month up and seems to have a few interesting people on it with info on suppliers etc specifically in ireland. Might be of interest to the irish lurcking around here, though I won't be going anywhere permanently, the advice / slagging is far too good here!

Thanks for that link Les - it'll be handy for finding local suppliers.

One of the links on there has educated me to the fact that I have been thinking much too small-scale for my tools to date - I reckon that this "more robust" router (http://www.hopkinsmachinery.ie/hopkins/Main/2004_LOT79.htm) is just what I need in the workshop. I just need to break the news to my wife, and the neighbours... :D
