New Bandsaw

Hi all I am looking for a bandsaw for a Birthday present for myself. Budget is

I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be along... but I've just bought a second hand Startrite 301. This is a little smaller but I think the 352 is similar to the one in the link. I'm really impressed with it, not that I've used anything else accept big old Startrites at uni!

Personally I prefer the older tools, so ebay may be worth a look?

I have the Axminster 310.

It has a few finish and paint hickups, but overall I am quite happy with it. Nice cut, and nice fence.

Cheers Richard, I went to Axminster in High Wycombe today and got one, seems reasonable quality although they didnt have any spare blades in stock and will post them when they come in.

Now purchase Steve M's bandsaw videos, well worth the money and will make using the bandsaw much moe enjoyable.
