neu-dex single bag dust extraction

Does anyone know anything about these? I have the chance to buy one at what I think is a reasonable price....I am told its 1.5hp and the air flow rate is over 1800...But i don't know if it's an induction motor or not.

According to its condition it may well be worth a punt.
