Hi, I need to get a table saw to assist with putting together some driveway gates. There are plenty out there in the budget range but when I dig into the reviews it scares the heck out of me because I need to resaw some of the material at thicknesses over the blade max cut, so I'm concerned that some of the models I look at would be inaccurate enough to cause a headache with that as a process. Can anyone make any recommendations please, something that does a consistent job? I am really new at this and this is my first table saw, currently leaning toward Einhell extendable Table saw at £199 but willing to go up to £300. Also, for resaw, what sort of blade would I need ?
Thanks

I'd go for a site saw 300mm blade diameter..

Sheppach metabo etc.

New £300 s/h £150 depends on condition.

I don't know if some makes are better? Some have better fences Jet metabo etc.

We used to have a dewalt saw that flipped over and was a table saw and a mitre saw. It weighed a ton but was a surprisingly accurate thing for a site saw.
I would look for a second hand one of those.

Whatever saw you get invest in a good blade.

Ollie
