Need help on 3ph converters

Hi,
I’m setting up by myself in the new year, I’ve found a space to rent but it only has 240v electric.
I’m wanting to use a couple of larger machines (sliding table saw and a wide bed planer thicknesser).
What are the best options in terms of converters that can run a 7hp or 5.5kw machine?
I don’t have a massive budget so buying old machines. Hoping there’s a way of powering them that won’t break the bank.
