Can you buy a larger one and cut it down? Or, It’s just a sheet with holes, try a local CNC router company

I had this one made.....Its a 2440 x 1220 full sheet.
It was made by a mate of mine on his CNC machine and is bang on accurate. He would be able to make you an MFT top any size you like up to the size I mentioned. The cost may put you off a bit though by the time you add shipping/ delivery into the equation.....

Yes, Mick at Formatic CNC - link is to the custom one for my portable bench build, but it gets you in the right place. As others have said, shipping costs can be an issue, so it may be worth the OP having a search locally.
