In my previous post ‘My Chair’ I mentioned it was designed from practice bends from another project.
A few years back I came across river tables as we all did ! And some mitred them at 45 deg and call them waterfall river tables. That design frustrated me … the 90deg sharpe edge didn’t seem I keeping with the style. So the challenge developed to produce a gentle curved waterfall resin table . I got to refer to them as “Stream bent flow tables” learning about steam bending wood then manufacturing the machines took a while but eventually got results. Developing a method to apply the resin in curve was another frustrating challenge
