Missus rang up from work - one of her colleagues had sanded their floor and could they borrow a little sander to get under the radiators. Bit reluctant but, well, why not. Friend came over and borrowed it - "no rush" I said. Got out in the workshop last night (this is a couple of weeks later). Now, where is that sander - Doh! - Ask missus - they've gone on holiday, hadn't used it yet as she'd been ill.. Oh well - that'll teach me to lend out my tools (don't lend them normally - but it's only a little electric sander). Anyway 7.45 last night - have to belt down to B&Q and BUY another (£9). Ahh well, it's my own fault

Phew-thought you'd given them a Festool or something, then!
I have a box of "don't use these anymore-yes you can borrow one of these" tools. The good stuff doesn't leave the shop!
Cheers
Philly :D
