your use isn't so demanding to be honest BUT if you want your trunking to be at 45 buy a slightly better saw. no need for double bevels etc. just a good saw. say an 8 inch bosch.
 
Will you not be governed by construction site regulations? Even places like some shopping precinct, hotels and most public buildings require 110 volt (which require periodic PAT testing) or cordless tools and dust collection these days, although they will often permit collection into a bag. Also consider how you will use your mitre saw - it is easier and less tiring to use a mitre saw on a stand than on the floor - safer, too.
