Metal Turning/Tame engineer ?

Hi all,

Do any of you guys also do metal turning or have an engineer/turner friend?

I need a part turning for a Luna saw bench - to replace the rise and fall screw, whose thread has stripped out. It's not a big bit - I'd provide a drawing etc, probably needs to be in phosphor bronze or with an insert in it.

alternatively, anyone know of a firm that does 'one off's' like this without charging silly money.

If you send me a drawing I can ask metalwork Pete if he's interested in making it, he's certainly capable. Give as many details as poss so he can price it.
